For a roadside hotel of this class is not even bad. Clean, tv and air conditioner working. The linen is clean. The shower works fine. Generally room cleanliness. Downstairs there is a café, you can eat. When checking in, you need to remember that this hotel is for an overnight stay, and not for permanent rest.
