Comfort

Stayed at this hotel in August. Booked through booking.com We met warmly, paid for two days at once. The bathroom in the room is very dirty, not that after each visitor, they have not done cleaning for a very long time. No one washes the dishes either; at most, bed linen will be replaced. After one night spent, we decided to move out, contacted the reception, but there they refused to return the entire amount paid for the day, citing the fact that they had to pay booking.com and they might not settle in anyone, although the cancellation of the reservation in this hotel is free.

Great place, clean room, comfortable mattress and good linens. Convenient location next to the metro.
