Great place, very friendly, right next to the train and buses

We spent three nights at the DUNE hotel. I liked almost everything. The room was just a bit small. Two beds, a chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is nowhere to turn around. But enough for an overnight stay. The staff is polite and friendly. Recommend.

Simple, but very cozy, humanly cute.

+ Big room. Lots of wardrobes and cupboards, two countertops. There is a shoe spoon. Good soap and lots of it. Three towels per person, give gels and shampoos in bags. There is a hairdryer, refrigerator, good TV. There is an air conditioner and a heater. Very warm and light blankets. Nice staff. Nice interiors. - Small, unpaved parking lot. AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOTEL, HOMES-PROPHAYS ARE DUTY. Twice - both on arrival at night and on departure in the morning - they begged us for money and cigarettes. Our ROOM was located IN THE BASEMENT. This room has ONLY HALF WINDOWS UNDER THE CEILING, which cannot be reached from the floor, and, accordingly, a view of the asphalt, if you still reach out of the bed. IN THE ROOM with the lights off, it's DARK EVEN IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON. WATER RANKS. HOT WATER LEAKS - after one person has taken a 15-minute shower, the other HAD AN HOUR TO PRESS, WHEN HOT WATER RISE AGAIN to wash. THE SIDE OF THE SINK WAS ALREADY ADDED HAIR. THE SHOWER IS BLOCKED (during use, water accumulated up to the ankles), and the CURTAIN is TRANSPARENT, DIRTY and TORN. DO NOT THROW PAPER INTO THE UNIT. Everything would be fine, but then put a large bucket with a normal lid, which will not constantly come into contact with all its contents, and then with your hands, damn it. AFTER EACH OPENING OF THE TAPE AND FLUSHING THE WATER IN THE UNIT, IT TURNS ON AND WORKS UNTIL THE WATER STILL STILL FLOWING, WELL, THERE IS A LOUD PUMP (or whatever it was), WHICH THUNDER WAS MUCH THUNDER THUNDER. That is, if you went to the toilet, then not only your entire company, but, apparently, all neighbors immediately becomes aware of this. In addition, WITHOUT STOPPING FOR A SECOND, OVER THE WALL Opposite the entrance to the room, TO WHICH THE BED I had occupied was adjacent to, SOMETHING HUGE HUGE LIKE IN THE FACTORY SHOP ALL THE TIME WHILE WE WERE IN THE ROOM - or some other either pipes, or some kind of machine production. Because of all this noise, I could not sleep. VERY COLD, even in summer (!!!) - we survived only thanks to warm blankets and the heater and air conditioner turned on all night at 30 degrees. Given such coldness, it is very strange that the blankets were not tucked into the duvet covers beforehand. The bed linen was stained, and some of the towels were already thin and wrinkled. THERE ARE ONLY FOUR OUTLETS FOR A THREE-BEDROOM, BUT THREE OF THEM WERE ALREADY USED WITH TV, refrigerator and heater. There are stains on the walls. Furniture is shabby and chipped, some lockers fall apart when pulled out. GLASSES WERE SMOOTHED AND WITH CRYSTALS. Do not provide slippers. THERE IS NO KETTLE OR MICROWAVE IN THE ROOM. CHEAP BREAKFAST OF Doubtful QUALITY (by default was included in the reservation through booking). On the spot, it turned out that they didn't even buy food for us, because we had booked places late in the evening just before check-in, so we literally ate up what was left of the others. A person was given yogurt, an apple, a plate of rice porridge, chicken sausage, bread, a boiled egg, ketchup, mayonnaise and tea / coffee to choose from. The rice porridge was delicious, the portion was ok. But it was scary to eat chicken sausages. They were of the old type - in matte pink cellophane wrappers, rough consistency and some grains. The taste was, in principle, still bearable, but in the process of eating them, some nourishing crumbs crunched on the teeth all the time - apparently ground bones or something worse. Because of this, gagging appeared and I wanted to spit everything out at once. The boiled eggs tasted normal, but in an unpleasant shell with streaks of dirt. Erman yogurt 0.3% fat. Musty bread. Mayonnaise red price. Ketchup, surprisingly Mr. Ricco. Some tasteless tea - I didn't look at the label. There wasn't enough milk for us, so they didn't take coffee. Small, but surprisingly good-tasting (sweet, flawless and even sour) apples. For such a room and with such a breakfast, 3000 per night, even for three, is unreasonably expensive.

I visited once, but the impression was excellent! The room was good .. everything is clean, tidy. The reception is polite staff.
