I went to the clinic on the advice of friends with a diagnosis of arthrosis of the knee joints and atherosclerosis of the arteries of the lower extremities. I have been visiting this center for a short time and already feel a significant improvement. I would like to express my gratitude to the doctors of the center for their attentive attitude, high professionalism of the staff and doctors. The center is very clean and comfortable. They prescribed competent treatment without unnecessary expenses. The center has everything you need for treatment; you do not need to do additional procedures in other clinics. The Health Basis Clinic was found by chance, I was looking for a children's orthopedist. I am very glad that I called here. The doctor explained everything in an accessible way, conducted a thorough examination. Gave recommendations for the prevention of treatment of the disease. I found a common language with the child. Explained how to do exercises for flat feet correctly.

I called the clinic to invite the doctor to my grandmother's house. Previously, an MRI was done and the result was told to the administrator so that she would ask the doctor if she could help in our case. Calling back after a while, the administrator said that it was in his competence. BUT! The next day we did not wait for the doctor, because in a strange way the administrator wrote down the left phone number and the wrong address, although there is a screenshot of the correspondence where the administrator was written both the phone number and the exact address. The bottom line is this: after I started calling the clinic, the administrator answered the phone, said that she knew nothing and the first day at work, wrote down my phone number. After that, the doctor called and said that the administrator did not inform him of our diagnosis at all and it was not in his competence. Here is such a crazy clinic. P.S. Grandma is 90 and just wanted to make money, but fortunately it turned out that way, otherwise the money would have been given for nothing

Today at 19.30 I wanted to make an appointment. Not through my fault, the connection was a little buggy. (I didn’t hear everything that the Administrator was saying.) The administrator, in turn, got up and hung up the phone! I don't even know if they made an appointment !? There was no desire to call back, to come too.

I went to the clinic to see neurologist D.R. Shagieva. due to severe headaches due to cervical osteochondrosis. Prior to that, she had been treated in a polyclinic without results (injections, pills). None of this helped at all. At the reception, Dilyara Rakhimovna carefully questioned and examined me, explained everything sensibly, without unnecessary words, prescribed treatment, in general, cannot be compared with a polyclinic. I am given injections to improve blood circulation and electrophoresis. The best part is, of course, the massage. The clinic employs a professional in his field, Agabalaev Islam Zakrullovich. My shoulders and neck were tightly clamped. After a couple of sessions, they miraculously relaxed (straightened out), even outwardly they look more beautiful. Now I just feel like a different person.
