I paid 4600 for this procedure. As a result, it is not clear whether it was encoded or not, the effect is zero. According to the documents, yes, they did it. But in fact it is not clear. Then they "decoded" it for 3000. Then they encoded it again. This is despite the fact that all these procedures were for my money, and I was constantly in touch with the "doctor" and what was happening behind my back is not clear. Either the doctor thinks that we are a bank with money and you can constantly carry out some incomprehensible manipulations for money, or he thinks that we have a lot of them, that apparently the same thing. In general, I do not recommend anyone to come there for the encoding, it is not clear what you will get as a result. Anyone who has questions - write in a personal, I will answer in more detail.

Cleanliness in the clinic, lots of space, everything is anonymous, they serve tea and coffee. I went to the clinic 3 months ago about my husband. I came to the first appointment - they consulted for free. After 2 days, it was recorded on the encoding. They came to the encoding, gave an injection, prescribed a course of treatment and let me go home. Now he goes to the TPP-patience, for recharge once a month. The doctor constantly advises to go to a psychologist, but he is somehow shy. My husband and I decided that if we really want to drink, then we'll go to a psychologist. Thanks to the clinic for the help!

I fully agree with the negative comments about the clinic. On my own behalf, I will add ... When my husband was discharged, I remember that OV Koblova simply gave the extract without saying a word (my husband was lying for 45 days!). I had to detain her in order to ask the result of the treatment, to ask the diagnosis. By the way, the diagnosis is not recorded in the statement. Is attention to the patient, and to me, as his wife sick ?! And the money for the treatment is huge! I can conclude that they just have a conveyor belt. And further. I remember how I addressed a letter to Rustam Sadriddinovich, where I wrote that after my husband was discharged, I took him in worse condition than brought him in for treatment. In this regard, I wrote an application for a refund, I remember, they promised to call within about 10 days to resolve this issue. But neither the 10th, nor the 15th, no one called. I remember well that I called the clinic again, they answered my call and made it clear that the accountant was on sick leave and she had to talk to me, but again quietly. I called myself again, heard that I could come and take the money. I come and wait. I remember well that the clinic made it clear that I would not receive the money, I began to insist, which I heard from 2 women, apparently from the accounting department, that my husband had a consultation with the clinic doctor, which means that I will get less. But my husband can only go anywhere with me! Then I remember that I had to wait for the doctor, at the meeting he made it clear that he did not remember such a surname and honestly replied that he had not been to my husband's appointment! I am interested in the question of how the operator, whom I know as Rimma Salyakhova, recorded the consultation received ?! The staff of the clinic took me a long time and nerves! Who will reimburse me for this? There is still no answer from Rustam Sadriddinovich!

I really liked the clinic itself, I got to see a good doctor, but the girls working at the reception spoil the whole impression. At first they could not make an appointment for me and they promised to call me all the time, but no one called back, then they still managed to sign up, after the first appointment the girl signed me up for the next one and said that they would call me back, but no one called me back, and when enough the amount of time and I called myself, they told me that no one re-recorded me ____ Thanks a lot for the quick reply
