In 2010, Oleg Skobeltsyn was removed from the post of director of Rost-Auto LLC. The company was renamed to Lilianavto LLC. Later, O. Skobeltsin, using the old company seal, made an illegal assignment of a trademark in favor of the SPZ SOZH Synthesis LLC that he created. Representing the interests of its client LLC “Lilianavto” (formerly LLC “Rost-auto”), the agency “Artpatent” challenged the agreement on the assignment of the trademark “Arctik Line” in court.
