We looked into Elitekeramika by chance with the aim of acquiring a high-quality faucet, and went out with complete confidence to make a complete repair in the bathroom ... From the variety of tiles, I’m hard to decide, thanks to the consultant girl who helped me make the choice, made the design and photos of our future bathtubs. All tiles and plumbing were ordered there, they were selected both by price (there were just stocks in March) and by color. Delivery of goods I will not say that it was a long, 2.5 weeks approximately, just enough time to demolish the old tiles and prepare the walls and pipes. Thanks to the salon for a good “kick” to the changes! The repair is almost finished, the craftsmen say that the tile, although large and heavy, is laid very well, it is especially convenient to lay out according to the scheme (it was attached from the salon along with the tile). I’m waiting, I can’t wait for the repair to finish, I really want to quickly get all this beauty to my house! And thanks to my beloved husband for a repair loan)) and for patience))

They were looking for green onyx tile for facing a wall section in the hall, it was only 5 squares, but it was important that the tile coincided with the pattern and color of the wallpaper. We went around the whole city, found it in this salon. And it’s convenient that there are samples of the tile itself, and not just catalogs and pictures on computers. Tiles were taken from the warehouse themselves, although it was possible to arrange delivery. They waited almost a month. But it was worth it! Tile fire is simple !! ATTENTION! Dear customers, I want to share experience with tiles from the "elite" store. I myself have been a master of repair work since 2003, and in order not to rummage, I will bring in photos with proof of the quality of the tile purchased by the customer. The tiles are made in Portugal (which is rare), usually Spain, Italy, Poland .. Both wall and floor were ordered. The wallboard miscalculated the project, what is there to say in reserve .. Wall rectification (price ~ 1700r / m2), the clerk with pathos assured the customer that she needed it! put without crosses. But alas, dear customers, this is by no means the case. The tile is structural, has geometrical irregularities, moreover it differs in size, the cross immediately picked up 1.5mm to it, otherwise it could have fallen heavily. Claims to the floor (price ~ 1700r / m2, see photo). What was my surprise, to say the least, when laying a floor tile on the same cross, it turned out to be different in length by as much as 2 mm between each other! The cross was correspondingly increased, BUT! the tile geometry turned out to be just as ugly (see photo). Having called the 2nd time to the store with a claim and clarification of the situation, (the customer was healed) received an answer from a certain boorish man, that 2-3 mm is the norm and not the 3rd grade, and in general who you are and what you understand in the brand, we only talk with customers and hung up .. So let's summarize the store "Elitkeramika" pros - name (some belief in quality) Minuses - disgusting quality of ceramic tiles, at the level of Shakhty (unlucky?), on some corners - unresponsive and impolite staff (they didn’t even apologize, but got nasty) - delivery at least 1 month. to the warehouse in Bolshaya Isakogo, from there, deliver it yourself on whatever you want (usually free shipping)
