Technical support does not work, I could not pick up the goods on my own, I called to find out if someone could pick up for me. They said no problem, send the passport details of the new recipient and we will call you back. No one called back. I call myself in an hour, history repeats itself, no one calls back. I call an hour before closing, they already say that a power of attorney is needed. Very unprofessional

It so happened that the date of free storage of goods ended today (I was notified about this by SMS). In order to pick up the goods and not overpay for storage, you must pay for the delivery service to the terminal. I paid for this service in the first half of the day, but until the end of the working day, according to the manager, TK "Glavdostavka" did not make this payment at home. They wrote me an invoice for storage, tomorrow I will pay it again only in the morning. It feels like it was done artificially, because I refused delivery from the terminal to the point in Kazan. And how not to refuse if the delivery from Moscow to Kazan costs 1200 rubles, and the delivery from their terminal to the end point within the city was 2400 rubles. At the same time, storage services amounted to 300 rubles. I'm definitely not going to work with this company any further!

Formal attitude to work, real formalism, in its extreme manifestations. customer focus is negative. There was a problem, let it go "on the brakes". They didn't even call back.
