Food is quite good and drinks are tasty. Had to wait for a while but since I didn't tip much it's all right. People are pretty welcoming and the atmosphere is calm.

Absolutely horrible experience. The worst service I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant. First we arrived and actually had to ask to have our order taken after almost 30 minutes of waiting. Then it took nearly 45 minutes to get the food. We ordered an iced latte, but got a hot latte. We told them, and they literally put 3 pieces of ice in it, and brought it back STILL hot. Ended up just drinking the hot . My side dish of potatoes was forgotten, and I had to ask for it about 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering it. Lastly my friends pasta took more than an hour and a half to make. First they came back saying 3 minutes longer.... 25 minutes later they came back again saying “sorry.” We said we didn’t want it anymore because we had to go. They ended up still bringing it out as we were about to leave. We had to again say we didn’t want it. Overall, complete waste of an afternoon.
