I was in a trial lesson with Polina. Very interesting. Loved it. Interesting place.

My wife and girlfriend and I signed up for the first free sketching lesson. A friend made her way to school. The school itself in the center of Kazan with all the problems with finding parking lots. At the entrance there was a barrier. We did not know that it was necessary to call directly to the school itself! Typically, such things are monitored by a guard. While we were looking for parking for cars, they were late for 13 minutes. And here the most interesting thing - the teacher did not let us in for a lesson! More precisely, the administrator was informed about the arrival of the teacher. It turns out that the administrator did not send us to the studio, and the teacher simply told her to tell her that we were too late. For 13 minutes! That is, we were specifically looking for a 2-hour lesson with whom to leave the child and we were not even allowed in! The teacher did not even bother to come in person and ask the reason for being late. You understand that in this school everyone does not care about customers! This is the first time I have seen such a dismissive attitude on the part of creative schools. We asked to call us a teacher and explain the reason. The teacher came, but did not really want to listen. She said that a maximum of 10 minutes can be late. If a girl teacher initially treats students like this, then how will she teach after. It is noteworthy that our friend came 10 minutes earlier than us and said that we were on the way and a little late. Because of this teacher’s decision, the school lost at least three clients. Awww! Clients are not so easily scattered. Especially those who have already arrived at school on their Sunday day off! We talked about the problem with entry and that for the sake of this lesson we had to solve the problem of who should leave the one and a half year old child. This is not a drawing school, but just a business group. It's good that we were late and found out the true attitude to our customers. I don’t know how things are in other cities, but I do not recommend a school in Kazan. Maybe management will read my review and change the approach to recruiting customer-oriented personnel. Do not waste your time and money - nobody cares here.
