Lounge in the 25 floor, with glass so you can see the beauty of kazan ,, smoking room with same beautiful view ,, I loved salmon and see food

Please please don’t waste your money on this hotel.specially if u are staying in Moscow.Our stay was pathetic.it was mentioned that they will provide WiFi but they don’t for one whole day as it was New Years and we were unable to get SIM card as shops were closed so it was real nightmare.although next day different receoptionist provided the password considering our problem. Secondly it’s over rated.No good sheets and specific smell coming from blankets.plus they charged us 5k rubble per night so it was a lot. Stay in park in Radisson it’s amazing.please don’t book this one.i was really disappointed.

This place has a luxurious 5 start feel to it. Its has a very vibrant mall attached to it, security is top notch and a wide range of activities are available in this same location. Personally I loved the spa.

Nice hotel in the heart of Kazan. The panoramic restaurant staff was great. Rooms are nicer in the tower with the restaurant, instead of the one with the gym and pool. Turkish bath is a huge plus. And plenty of options for breakfast (two restaurants + room service). The Mall is small.
