I needed to turn off the Internet and rent a rented router. I came to this salon after being told in another that they were not shutting down. At my request, the employee first answered that their program did not work, he offered to come tomorrow. Then he called the manager, she said that applications for disconnection are accepted only on weekdays. Where these regulations are fixed, I did not answer, I, as a client, were not notified about this anywhere. They offered to leave a request for a courier who will come and pick up the router himself. They say make a request on the site yourself. I was the only visitor in the salon and asked to issue an application for me right now. To which I was told that they did not have the appropriate software on their work computers (they do not have a browser and the Internet, is it from an Internet provider?). In general, the result is as follows. Do not contact this office, they will connect you quickly, but then spend more nerves and time trying to get rid of these gaps. And also you will not hear a boorish address addressed to you. P.S. I decided to disconnect, because in response to my question to the employee on the phone, how the abbreviation MTS stands (well, I was really interested), they called me m * dak.
