The most disgusting bank, they don’t even deserve 1 star. Employees are incompetent about the fact that I don’t even want to talk boorish. I bought goods in the store and issued a consumer loan in this bank. But it was only flowers, in the end, the goods taken on credit turned out to be defective. The store made a refund and the loan was closed. In order to return the interest on the loan, I needed a certificate of interest paid on the loan. So I went to different departments 3 times and all to no avail. The answer is so brilliant we don’t have such a certificate, and we don’t know how to give it to you! In general, the conclusion is one, do not mess with this bank, nothing good will come of it.
