And why didn’t I come up and told her later that I saw the written diagnosis only at home and I certainly had no time for that!

There is never a district doctor, they don't know anything at the information desk, they don't know anything at the checkpoint, they won't help you, they just make you wait in line on the street, a terrible hospital

Calling is not real. From 7 am I called up to 9 every second. The handsets lie next to the phone apparently, so each set is always busy.

It's just awful, for almost 3 weeks of the hospital there was no result from the treatment. Therapists just do not take responsibility. Not qualified staff.
