Then she applied tinting not in the color that I wanted, but in order to cover its result with highlighting (9). As a result, half of the hair burnt and left there. I wrote a complaint, in response it came that salon treatment was free 2 times, which I did not agree to. If I get to Elnura again, I'm afraid I will lose the remaining hair. As a result, I didn’t even apologize. Another language turned to say that she used the airtach technique. In another salon only laughed. Be careful when choosing a salon. Go where are the normal masters. And then 5t745 rubles left for the result, which is now corrected, treated for several years.
