Stavropol International Airport

Great place. I loved it

3 stars... Not Moscow or Dubai or NYC but It was like the end of the world for me that night. After traveling almost 24 hours, it was like a heaven to me in the middle of the night. I was so tired that I couldn't think otherwise but to enter the cab and run for the hotel for a hot bath and warm bed. The other day, when I was leaving the city, I found it's a really nice small airport. Not a lot of people running of flights. Everything was cool and slow and homely. It's along time ago but I still remember... Alia companya aeroflot... Amazing!

Terrible. Huge lines. Expect to wait more than 30 min to check in. Very mean staff. They definitely need to do something about this airport.

Welcome to awful Stavropol airport. Turkish airlines. Where they act like idiots. Have general lack of professionalism. Where you can wander right past security and leave you stranded. Show up early and they lose your documents! Waste of 240 bucks. Good thing they haven't seen an american in years here.

The worst experience you can have. The stuff is rude, slow and unhelpful. There are huge lines everywhere in the airport. And the worst of all - FRAUDS. People who is working at the luggage scanning at the airport entrance and at the entry to the gates are frauds. They try to confiscate the new items ( unopened) from the hand-luggage covering it in a way that this can’t be in the hand luggage.Items like tea ( tea leaves) or liquids below 100 ml were tried to be confiscated from me while entering the airport. Only after I have asked to call the manager, I was let thru. Beware of the fraud and know your rights when flying they this airport.
