Many things to look at

A small museum, there are no explanations for the exhibits, i.e. that it is spelled out, but where they found it and under what circumstances not (I'm talking about the halls of ancient Egypt and Greece). Excursions must be booked at least one day in advance. Paintings are mixed with photographs, again without explanation. I did not like any of the paintings. The most interesting thing is the hall.

A small exhibition of paintings from the early 20th century and ancient Egypt and Rome. The museum is undergoing permanent renovation and reorganization. In the 70-80s there were more paintings. Now you can admire the interesting canvases of Korovin, Polenov, Benoit, Saryan, Rodchenko and Malevich.

I come to Ivanovo with pleasure. I like its architecture, it is the second city after Moscow in terms of the number of buildings in the avant-garde style. I like museums, a unique calico museum and a regional art museum with a large collection of paintings by the Russian avant-garde. I definitely recommend visiting the textile fairs, where a huge number of textiles are presented with very pleasant prices.
