Disgusting service

A very bad impression was made today by a visit to your bank's branch on ul. Lenin (near the Central Department Store). The wait in line lasted an hour and a half, only 3 windows worked, while utility payments were accepted in only one window! And it's at rush hour! Disgrace! Also, bank employees accepted people, bypassing the electronic queue! The management should pay attention to the work in this branch!

The universal branch (TSUM) is the worst bank branch in the city! Of the 6 windows, only two work, waiting in line is an hour at best. Disgusting office with unwilling employees
