Roadside cafe level. The food is extremely mediocre, you can eat, of course, but not the level of the restaurant, of course. Service is poor. Food with delivery was carried at 1.45, while it was sent by a courier on foot on a minibus, given that I paid for the delivery of a taxi! To resolve the issue not only did not try or apologize, but simply hung up three times. The food was naturally cold, the Caesar salad was already with water and soggy croutons, looked terrible, was sent to the trash heap. When delivering food, they did not put anything on napkins, but even cutlery. Apparently this is normal. The fish is dry. In general, I highly do not recommend it. So far the worst place in Smolensk where I ate. Doesn't feel like a restaurant.
