Quiet place, not far from the center in an industrial area, we lived in a room for 3 people, modest, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. In the room, three beds, table, bathroom, TV, tea, tea and sugar facilities. Instead of an air conditioner, a fan. Drinking, water, iron, kettle. Breakfast in the room.

I downgraded the rating for the fact that under the windows there is a club-restaurant, a sauna, in general, nightlife and can be noisy on weekends, for example, because the hearing is very good. Rooms are clean but very basic.
