Was there in late June with a group of friends. The restaurant is run like a well-oiled machine from the moment you are greeted to when you leave the place. The dishes are unique and represent a good blend of the European foundation with a subtle Russian twist. Everything we ordered was delicious, and the plating was impeccable. Thank you for the great evening, Saint Jacques team.

A polished ambient space with a little disappointing flavours. Went in expecting pleasant tastes but was taken aback by the lack of seasoning in food and also lack of luster in service.

Friendly stuff, nice and neat place, great food options of Russian-European fusion. A bit on a pricy side for Smolensk but they have business lunch prices which are much cheaper on working days between 12am and 4pm.

This restaurant brought me back to life) We traveled from Moscow through many small towns, arrived in Smolensk in the evening and ran to Saint-Jacques without booking a table, just from the street, and very hungry. Beef tartare is wonderful, the only thing is that the portion is unusually large, it did not master so much raw meat 😄. The salmon steak is wonderful, I took two desserts, pavlova and fondant, and did not regret it. Pavlova coffee with cherries is very tender. For a couple of days in Smolensk, we visited other restaurants, but none of them repeated the magical impression of Saint Jacques.
