There are no complaints about refueling. If you need to refuel and have a snack - drive by. The staff is rude, as if I asked for a loan). The toilet is closed. The cabbage soup was delicious, there was no kharcho, the fried chicken was burnt, the tea was served barely warm. Wouldn't recommend.
