If you buy pastries in Smolensk, then only in this bakery. As an allergy sufferer, I can say that the gluten content does not always bring pleasure, but, surprisingly, there are no complaints about the flour products of this institution. Therefore, after I tried baguettes, croissants ... in other bakeries, I can say with confidence: “Bakery No. 1-really No. 1 !!!!”
