Children's health camp "Forest Fairy Tale". 30 years ago I worked here as a tutor for all three summer shifts. To say that it was a good children's health camp is to say nothing. It was the best in the Tambov region and fully justified its name. That summer, when I worked there, American tourists were brought here to show how Soviet children were resting. About six years ago it was sold for 3 million rubles in installments for three years to the administration of the Tambov region. Now, as far as I have heard, there is again talk of selling. Here's a forest tale: 30 years, 3 years, 3 million ... I really want to hope that someday children's voices and laughter will sound here again and the Forest Fairy Tale will become not a dacha of some money-bag, but a fabulous resting place for the children of the Tambov region.
