After visiting this place, only negative emotions remained. My birthday guy and I decided to rent a house for a day. At the end of next week we arrived with money (4,000 rubles) which is 50% of the price of the house. (although the announcement shows the price of 6000 rubles.) We were told that if more than 10 people, then the price will be 8000 rubles, but not more than 18 people, just upon arrival we will have to pay another 4000 and another 5000 supposedly a deposit in case we something we break. And from that moment began just boorish and swinish attitude on the part of the administrator !!!! we were told that by October 20, other people had already been recorded (by the way, 19 people) they did not even call us. although the administrator was screaming, she used foul language and said that the phone was supposedly unavailable. As she put it, “I called once, I will not call again, who should call themselves,” and the fact that we agreed to bring an advance before the end of the week does not interest anyone. I assume that a company of 19 people just gave her more money. The administrator did not even apologize for their behavior and disruption of the entire event. Also, the request for a book of complaints was explained to us that this is not being done. It is worth considering on the basis of what this institution provides services to individuals and legal entities and carries out its activities. After such an attitude about the complex as a whole, disgusting impressions!
