We came to the cafe at Safonovo, Lenin 12. We decided to modestly celebrate our birthday with our family. It all started with the fact that the waitress said that "there are a lot of orders, so you have to wait an hour and a half", and this with an empty hall, why does the kitchen work in the priority for orders, and not for the hall? The waitress accepted the order with such an expression on her face and such mimic gestures, as if she was doing us a favor and, in general, it would be better for us to leave, and this is not counting the fact that she blundered twice when writing down the order, at first she did not write down the drink, then the dish that had to wait for a very long time. Ordered drinks, including a decanter of juice. Immediately confused by the smell of cat urine, they began to look for the source, it turned out that mouse feces were floating in the decanter. Behind the counter stood the administrator and a couple of waiters, and when asked why the feces were floating in the decanter, they simply offered to change them. And that's all. No apologies, no compensation, nothing. The food was served in turn, and in company at the table, one eats, the others watch and talk. Just disgusting delivery. The food itself (we ordered rolls and a little hot) - did not impress, for that kind of money we could try a little. For such a holiday it was just a shame in front of the family, the holiday was ruined, it was insulting to tears. There is simply no worse place to celebrate, -5 regular customers. We will not order anything else there. If I could, I would bet 0 out of 5.
