I bought Hyundai Cretu in this salon. I like the car, they offered favorable purchase conditions + state program + tradein, in general, well done. However, when applying for a loan in the salon, they chose Uralsib bank. One of the main criteria was the ability to return part of the insurance in case of early loan repayment. So the seller assured us. However, having repaid the loan in a few months and having written a statement of termination, the insurance company refused to return, even partial,. I believe that salon employees should be honest with customers. Even if the fault is insurance, but after all, I used their service in the Hyundai salon. As a result, the feeling of deception and only 2 points for this company.
