Viola - a flower salon with a "surprise"! I have known Viola since 2017 - they brought a bouquet of old roses, which wilted after a couple of hours. They apologized, returned the money, replaced the bouquet. Orders were more successful a couple of times, so I decided to order my mother a bouquet again on March 8, 2020, since I live far from home. The courier brought a semblance of a bouquet of wilted roses, stems without leaves, but with the presence of sprouts, which clearly indicated the "solid age" of the flowers. A call to the salon did not improve the mood: the leaves allegedly fell from chemicals (!), They always have fresh roses, and sprouts - in general, what are you talking about, girl ?! They gave advice to contact other salons, in the best traditions of “Soviet times”. I advise you to contact salons that respect customers, and do not push stale goods. They returned the money, but ruined the holiday, and did not hear an apology either.

Bought a birthday gerbera in a pot for about 500 rubles. The store said they were fresh and would stand for many weeks, as a result, the flowers began to be pulled in the evening of the same day. 500 rub. for flowers that did not stand and the day is expensive. Shop, near the "Orange".
