Airport Gagarin

A super stylish new airport! There's a lot there for a very small airport but it's really cool themed for Yuri Gagarin and space and everything is really well designed.

The new airport is 40 km far from Saratov, this is the big bad news! What also I don't like is that there is a 15 minutes free drive to leave passengers outside the airport and go away, after 15 minutes there is a fee to stay more (if I remember well is 500 rubles). The airport inside is beautiful, large spaces and inspirated to the cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin. There are a group of seats in the first floor to waiting the own flight and some shops opened 24h/7d. There is also police control that is walking around the hall. Toiletts are good. The free parking is 1 km far from the airport...

Saratov now has an excellent modern airport and a spacious business lounge. The airport confirms its name in honor of Yuri Gagarin with its space design and symbols. And the boarding gate, in general, surpassed all expectations - the path to the plane is illuminated, the voice guidance sounds - all this evokes the feeling of launching into space! The airport is spacious, there are many cafes and souvenir shops.

There are no complaints about the airport, it is purely beautiful. But parking ... If you read the inscription on the automatic barrier: "Payment time has expired", this is not what you thought, it means: "You need to pay for parking", for this, within a radius of 20 meters (at the counter itself) we are looking payment machine, for long-term parking. If these are bourgeois barriers, was it really necessary to translate messages through a Google translator? Did it not occur to ourselves that this message was misleading?

Our airport is the best. Purely. Recently renovated. Everyone is very helpful.
