I went over to the employee. I say that I want to pick up their order. What they tell me that my order is ready. It is necessary to wait for 40 minutes !!!! What kind of a setup? I had to wait. Evening spoiled Valentine's Day. I managed to pick up an order only at 19:30 !!!! And it's not just that we have such a situation. Generally, when we sat and waited, then we learned many interesting things. Call center lives its own life, and employees - its. Call center says it is ready to be after 25 minutes, but in fact the whole hour. "Twist faster riot" ... Oh well.

Now I order only from you. The food is very tasty, fresh. Always delivered on time, and even earlier! Couriers are polite, friendly. The prices are adequate. No cons!
