Was in this cafe for the second time and it does not get better ... As we sat down at the table, I immediately noticed that not all tables have salt shakers, pepper shakers and napkins. We were given a menu, we started to choose. And to my surprise, they just list the dishes without any pictures, in my opinion, when a person sees visually, he even more wants to try this dish. Then they made an order, the order was taken by the administrator-waiter (as we understood) and half of what we wanted to order was not available from them, naturally many were upset. I also want to note that the waiters (a young girl and an administrator-waiter) do not know at all about the rules of service, because when the dish is in the stop, but the guest orders it, the first thing she has to say is sorry !!! But not as they answered us, he is not, this is also not, no, no, no ... I can't say anything bad about the young girl, but the so-called waiter-administrator for all the time of our communication with her and her service of our I walked around the table with a terribly displeased face, in this area it is unacceptable !!!!!!! The waiter should walk around smiling and endearing the guests, not pushing away. They brought salads, nothing unusual to the taste, ordinary homemade salads, when we finished eating I put a salad bowl with cutlery on the edge of the table, the waitress came in to clean up the dishes and just got confused because she didn't know whose cutlery it was and how I understood they do not change them, but when serving other dishes in any normal cafe or restaurant, the devices should change (because there may be fruit slices on the table and after you have eaten the salad, you will not take an apple or something with the same fork). We ordered a kebab and lamb kebab, I can't say anything about the lula, it's tasty, but the mutton kebab on the bone was overcooked and just rubbery. After finishing the hot dishes for a very long time, there were dirty dishes on the table and no one came to pick them up. I also want to say separately about the juice, it was perhaps the most unexpected of that evening! They brought multifruit juice in two decanters, started pouring it into glasses and noticed that something black and incomprehensible was floating in two glasses, thought that something had got into the glass, asked the waitress to change the glass, then the waiter-administrator came in with clean glasses and explained that these are wasps, OS PIECES !!! They say they almost always come across in multifruit and apple juice ... Of course I understand everything, but you can at least pass this juice through a sieve !!!!!!!! At the end I asked the waiter about ice cream, there are only two positions with pineapple and chocolate, figured out what with pineapple pieces and chocolate chips, ordered with pineapple, but brought with chocolate chips ...
