Been here twice. On weekends. Both times I waited for the waiter for more than 30 minutes, although I did not sit quietly, and 3 times I caught random waiters running past with a request to call someone to take an order. A very long wait for the waiters both times is the first complaint, it can still be tolerated. Both times ordered a little more extra meals for home. For the first time, I personally packed it in containers that the waiter provided. The second time, everything was packed in the kitchen and, only at home, I noticed that not everyone had reported. Was deceived for about 300 rubles. And the third complaint: the establishment begins to stink of cigarettes every time someone starts smoking at its entrance. When asked to close the door, the waiter promised to investigate, but did nothing. The result is one, my legs will no longer be in the institution with the same service and attitude towards customers.

The creamy soup is excellent, the rolls are awesome. The menu is good and varied. The staff is polite and smart. Was a couple of times at moments of full landing, more than 20 minutes did not wait.

Great tasty food. Polite waiters. Yes, they know from what ingredients and what taste each roll has.
