Last weekend I first used the service of this car wash. Paid the complex, the cost of 600 rubles. Spent time more than two and a half hours, of which waiting in the queue for about 30 minutes. At this sink prepaid, that is, when you are in the queue, not yet dropping inside, the shift supervisor collects the money in advance. There is no waiting room. As a result, I did not receive the entire list on the banner for the paid service. The quality of the washing is disgusting. There was no teflon coating, polishing wheels, bottom washing, tricolor foam was not used, although these services were included in the list indicated on the banner. In the photo is the result of washing. During a conversation with a senior shift, I found out that at this sink an extremely low level of administration and very poorly trained staff. I didn’t write a claim for a refund, I didn’t require the elimination of deficiencies, I decided that I wouldn’t be visiting this sink in the future.
