In addition, we ordered a barbecue area near this house, in advance a day before that, as a result, upon arrival, we were told that the bosses were resting there and they could not help us with anything, we did not hear a solution to the problem or any apologies. And they called them in front of us, they laughed at the situation and said, well, we can’t help. They only offered to pay 200 rubles and like we can fry whatever we want with them, with the words “On the contrary, it’s good for you, there’s already some coals, and like go to all four sides! And the fact that we wanted to sit there to rest does not bother anyone. As a result, we did not fry anything and were left without a kebab! Well, that's half the trouble, the sauna is just awful, a dirty pool, a broken steam room, a billiards table that just falls apart! In general, just a "GREAT" place!

Awful place !!! Were in November, drove for a day. The house is smoke-filled, although the sign hangs smoking is prohibited, but in the closet besides the dishes, there is an ashtray. The bathroom is dirty, I would not dare to bathe a child there, and I would not have crawled myself. This is in view of the fact that apart from us, only 2-3 houses were occupied, judging by the dining room and the cars in the parking lot. There is a children's room on the territory (included in the price), but they did not turn on the heating there, although in theory they knew that 2 children came because children were paid extra. And besides the slide and the big designer, there is nothing interesting (we were told at the reception that they did not know that the children had arrived, and it would hardly be interesting there). Some of the toys are broken. On the territory of the playground is interesting, but not covered at all. The food seems to be normal, but after a few slices of sausage and cheese from cutting the child vomited (the first time in the last 3 years!), When they called at the reception, to ask what they put in the cutting, they told us that they had nothing to do with the kitchen . Heating is not regulated, as a result, on the 2nd floor is stuffy. Then they saw that it was necessary to call the reception desk to adjust the temperature ... As a result, we went home with the child at night. The weekend, like the mood, was hopelessly spoiled. With us, we also drove to a neighboring house, a family with a child, their impressions are similar, and they have the same problems as ours.
