Museum-Reserve "Gnezdovo"

I have mixed feelings about visiting this place. It is a world class archeological site which could have been made into great tourist attraction. Unfortunately, as it happens a lot in this country, it is very poorly managed and not well taken care for so it has largely been lost by now. What a shame!

In addition to authentic wooden buildings, there is a wonderful pine forest here.

The smell of the forest is amazing, there is an opportunity to walk to the Dnieper. There is not enough parking, but if you arrive on weekdays in the morning, there will be no problems. It is possible with animals. Interesting buildings.

I liked it very much. I will go there.
