I stood in line for half an hour to find out that parcels were not accepted without any explanation from the employees. There were no warnings, announcements that parcels were not accepted, i.e. people stand for half an hour or more and wait to be refused service. The questions that were asked to the employees were simply ignored; instead of answering, the employee proceeded to serve the next person.
