Mail is like mail. Service is surprisingly fast with the Russian post application. Showed the barcode, confirmed the SMS and took the package. Fast and convenient.

3-4 years ago, I would give a rating of 3-4 stars. Now everything has become much better for my needs: there are practically no queues, the look inside looks more comfortable, the employees have become more polite and responsive. I am a very frequent visitor, so I could not help but notice the improvements.
