I’m here almost a regular visitor, from time to time I receive small packages. Reviews are usually written negative, but I personally now (fall of 2017) began to like customer service. Pros: an almost complete absence of queues (before, I had to wait a long time until the queue "resolves"). Due to the lack of queues - a relatively quick service. The staff are polite in communicating with me. When the next package arrives, postal workers call on their mobile. If earlier I tried to avoid using the services of our post office, giving preference to various transport companies, now I do not shy away from mail delivery. For me personally, it has become cheaper and faster. And now it’s more convenient. Thanks.
