Disgusting. Sent a parcel from Moscow. Delivery to the door, respectively. 2 days they write about allegedly “unsuccessful delivery.” Although neither the recipient of the parcel nor I called. Moreover, the recipient of the parcel is at home both days. No one called the intercom. Next time I think a thousand times before using our mail !!!!
