08/13/2019, my friends and their children celebrated our son’s birthday for 4 years in this institution. At the second hour of rest, our holiday was spoiled, by two teenagers who did not behave decently, without permission, our things were rude to my wife. There was no Director Atom, who introduced himself as Konstantin, but he couldn’t solve this issue by telephone and couldn’t help us (he didn’t even apologize). As a result, we, a company of 11 people, left because of 2 guys who continued to rest there. It is unfortunate that we were regular guests in this center, but because of the spoiled Holiday we didn’t go there by foot. But not everything is so bad, many thanks to our Instructor for professionalism and patience.
