Today (Thursday 19.11.20) I came to pull out a tooth in the morning. I heard: if you want it for free, you will come tomorrow Friday at 8 am and get a ticket. And your tooth will be pulled out on Tuesday (i.e. after 5 days). If you pay 700 rubles, they will pull it out now. You can't say anything, it's a smart move to make money. It is clear that mostly teeth pull when they hurt and no one will wait for five days. They will pay both 700 and 1000. And according to the papers everything is correct - there are paid and free services, you will not find fault. But I will call it blatant extortion, because if now they can snatch for money, why can't they for free.

I made an appointment with Olga Vladimirovna Makova, they took me on time. The doctor was not talkative and not friendly and as if embittered. She asked to cure tooth decay, in 5 minutes she drilled a hole in my tooth for me, closed it with some kind of filling, which fell off after 2 days. During these 2 days my jaw and tooth were very painful. the caries remained at the top of the tooth, it’s not clear that she treated and drilled there! Horror is no longer a foot in such a dentistry! Disgusting quality of patient care! :(
