Today (21.12.20) from 14.00 I tried to call the resuscitation department. (From 2 pm to 3 pm, the doctor (nurse) takes calls from relatives). Find out the condition of my mother, who is there, who has been arriving for several days in a serious condition. I got through at 14-13. Suddenly, without listening, they said to call back in an hour and hung up. I called back 45 minutes later. At 15 o'clock ... I didn't get through, they just don't pick up the phone. Since then it's already late evening. I made 179 calls and only listened to long beeps. To no avail. Apparently, they simply disconnected the call. Question: why such an attitude towards people ?!
