The doctor is not particularly friendly, the atmosphere was such that I wanted to run away, everything is done with such a feeling with such reluctance. Wasted money and time🤦‍ ♀️.

Unhappy with visiting the pool for babies. You need to sign up through a trainer, and then she doesn’t have a schedule at hand, she’s in class, then she doesn’t pick up the phone at all. For two weeks they could not leave 4 !!! classes (bought a subscription), although they agreed at any time, because were on vacation. When returning funds, it turned out that the amount will be refunded when calculating that the lesson was worth the maximum amount, and not like when buying a subscription. At the reception they couldn’t explain at once why they were returning so little. As a result, with the help of either the administrator or someone else, they were justified by the document-rule of visiting the pool, which you had to familiarize yourself with during the lesson. Bullshit, you don’t leave your baby during class. The complete disgrace.

I express dissatisfaction with the completion of medical records by staff. Getting paid service, I hope for its high-quality rendering. The information that is provided by a specialist regarding my health should be readable and understandable not only by medical specialists, but also to me. Currently, there is no possibility in this center to receive diagnoses, appointments, and results of examinations in print (the director assured that the system is introduced in February 2020). But medical experts have not changed their habits of processing medical records in illegible handwriting. I believe that when paying for a service I should get it as efficiently as possible. And the paperwork of the service should also be at the appropriate level.

Clean, comfortable, polite staff. We go with the child on a voyage. The water in the pool is warm, the dressing room is very warm, even hot. I like how the coach treats the child, adjusts to the mood of the baby, classes conduct on conscience.
