I want to speak about your service. 07/11/2020 starting at 7.30 p.m. they called your taxi, the operator the girl promised that the car would drive up within 15 minutes, but we did not wait for the car !!! At 10.10 p.m. I dialed your number for the 50th time, and they told me that the car would not arrive at all !!! They didn’t even send SMS! What should I have guessed about this myself? I draw your attention to the fact that we had minor children !!! I have all the records of conversations with your operators, which I will contact the prosecutor in the near future! Thank!

I ordered a taxi. The Yandex rating is very high. They said wait 10 minutes for order confirmation. Not that we will eat, but wait for order confirmation 10 minutes. IT WAS 20 MINUTES no one called back. Very displeased. I won't call them again.

Best service. I always order a taxi here, fast and cheap. The drivers are adequate, the delivery time is fast, not like that of other companies.
