A good department, write guys feedback about the mail itself, the employees have nothing to do with it, they get a penny there anyway. The staff is nice, polite.

Why is there a queue of 10 people, but 1 cash desk is working? Why do you need to send a letter to stand in line of bubushki bringing rent to the cashier at 1 cashier.
