There is nothing worse than Russian Post! The requirements for packing parcels on the site and in the application do not meet the requirements that are already presented in the department. The result is a waste of time, money, and misleading. The head of the department Loktionova immediately speaks in a raised voice, asked to accept the application in writing - I do not have to answer. I asked for an A4 sheet to write a statement and a complaint to the name of the manager - I am not obliged to give you a sheet. Direct violation of the requirements of the Federal Law "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Citizens of the Russian Federation" dated 02.05.2006 N 59-FZ and the rules of the Post itself. Mess!!!!!! It's a pity that you can't put minus stars here for a specific branch and the Russian Post itself!

Today we had a one-year-old child in this department. It was necessary to send the parcel. We waited 30 minutes, the queue did not budge. The child was in hysterics, at my request to give us another employee (as we walked through one client), was refused. The employee, who was supposed to serve us, made out many parcels with other clients (the refusal was from her). Is it possible to allocate another window for such large ones? What would people with small parcels not be able to stand in line for so long? I do not have the opportunity every day to come to you and find out today's turn is moving fast or not? And my parcel was heavy, we are not living in the next house, that would be dragged along with her, with the child and with the stroller and find out whether we will be lucky this time? And further. Would you not be able to correctly write your mode of operation ??? And then our site says that you have lunch from 14:00 to 15:00, and there is no such information on the door! Whom to believe? How to adapt to you?
