And at the same instant, as if the heavens had opened and the gentle voice of the muse invited me to go to the window. Of course, a lot depends on the people, on the workers of this very large structure. During one of his recent visits, he drew attention to the fact that the sale of goods that had no relation to the post office was organized in the hall. It all looks funny, the place of the mail workers (windows) in the frame of goods.

Service has become faster and more adequate. But there are questions, many questions to the authorities. Last night I went to receive a parcel, there were about 20 people in the general queue, and at this moment the head of the department yells at a young employee, this is not normal! Not at all normal. Visitors were, to say the least, in shock. Then he drove the poor employee boy by the scruff of the door with a cry: "You are fired!" It’s terrible to assert oneself at the expense of subordinates who work for a penny! This clearly does not raise the reputation of the branch. Create a good corporate mood, and do not assert yourself at the expense of the weak, citizen is the boss!
