Terrible service, terrible everything. I always sent them in one form of envelopes, they were accepted in other post offices, here they did not accept they had to go through the whole city to send where they accept without problems. Nothing to say other than incompetent clowns, 0 human = animals.

The parcels are treated horribly. Items were broken several times. Perhaps the problem is not in the mail itself, but in those who forwarded, but it's terribly simple. They said that they do not insure this type of product, but to prove that they have broken, they need insurance. A vicious circle of stupidity.

Wrote a complaint about replacing products. They did not even investigate. 04/23/2020 received the parcel without apparent violations of the box and the weight was consistent. But when the box was opened inside, the food was torn and the food was replaced with salt and soap. This is not the first time.
