4 дня не мог забрать посылку. На улице в очереди в среднем человек 20 стоит и ждёт по часу. Табло не работает. Работа осуществляется очень очень медленно. Работники попивают чаёк не спеша.

I remember this department when there were only two working windows and a live queue. Either the machine will issue a ticket, but the scoreboard does not work, the trainees barely move, someone walks behind them and teaches on the go, then they search for a registered letter for half an hour and cannot understand when it arrived, although all the data is on their computer screen. Apparently, in this branch of the Russian Post, as in that joke “what we do not do, it’s still a Kalashnikov assault rifle!” ;)

For a long time I decided to write. But there were moments that did not concern me. I did not want to spoil the statistics. But now my turn came. And of course we will not be silent as grandparents. And we will leave an indelible review of the OS. 05/14/20 I visited the OS on Borzova 53. Receiving the parcel, it was a turn from 15 to 15: 50. As it could be before. But even earlier, I did not encounter this. Before me there are 6 people. After me there is a turn. There is a break from 16 before until 16.15. I manage to get in and start talking about what is wrong with people. Who can and should receive a separate window for receiving packages and turn on the queue, or at least let them go in. I received negative answers from all the employees. The answers to my indignation - the proposal for improvement for all were such, especially from two young employees (male floor): The line is one, there are not enough operators, 3 windows are working, and in general in a conversation there is pressure to record online and you probably won’t stand in the crowd then. I do not mind online. Delivery, etc. But then inform correctly, politely, and not on an angry person, and believe me I’m not the only one in a day to attack with information about recording online. I make the most of the innovations of many services. But to record online by mail is at least register on the site. read it. And not with shouting and pressure to record online. Only the OSs on Borzov got up from their knees, increased the area, it seems like they recruit (train) young employees, give out coupons (hang up), the programs are also stupid in computers (I am very tolerant of such moments for us, though I could flare up) how a pandemic broke them with their own employees, their lack of creativity, they openly go to the conflict, continuing to throw out information on the person, which should be spoken calmly to the operator or in the radio recording. They absolutely do not know how to listen to a complaint or at least calmly tell where to file a complaint. It’s understandable. One employee can even open the door when entering a pandemic, and I would say that he would give out, swear, snarl. Generally gentlemen, leaders take measures to educate young and in the wrong places like a language into a hot word of employees. Let your mouths effectively convey and regulate the work process (once they are endowed with this mission with the distribution of people by the windows) so that you are not ashamed to read the review.

Great post. They work well, there are fewer queues in the morning. There is a lot of children's literature for children, which is also a plus when the child is with you. Received parcels and a letter. Sending packages in a separate window.

I can not get my parcel! The employee scanned the barcode, but did not give the package, because I did not have a passport with me, but a driver’s license. Now they claim that I received this parcel! Pure negligence. Information that the parcel has not been issued is not recorded anywhere! People, be careful !!!
