The fact is that the point closes at 20:00 and this lazy woman wanted to go home as soon as possible, and in order to give this package to me she needs to fill in a lot of things herself in the computer, but she was too lazy to do it. She could have filled it in before closing, but she was too lazy. She said to come tomorrow, when, of course, another shift is working and it will not be her, but another worker who will have to fill out. I also clarified what time I can come tomorrow and she said that I can come at least to the opening. I DEMAND HER DISMISSAL! Such disgusting and lazy staff who still dares to openly lie to ordinary people cannot be kept at this job. Another shift, where a woman with dark hair works at the first box office and a very young, thin girl with dark hair at the third box office is not bad, or, one might even say, good. Personally, I never had any problems with this (other) change. UPD 09/20/2020 - That woman at the post office, who did this, I have not seen there anymore. Perhaps she was fired, or she left of her own accord.

Nightmare Branch. Perhaps this is the case everywhere. Workers, maybe tired or whatever - I don’t know. But they do not behave humanly. Neither with ordinary nor with old people. Unpleasant. Standing in line, the devil knows how much. In the department 3 people - serves only one. Awful. Just buy stamps - you stand in the general queue.
